"A newly built Malibu spec house sits across the Pacific Coast Highway from the billionaires’ homes lining Carbon Beach. Fortunately the home, asking $49.995 million, has its own private, man-made beach.

Developers Bedros Oruncakciel and Kirkor Suri of Malibu Real Estate Investments brought in sacks of sand to create a small private beach next to the outdoor infinity pool on the roughly 17-acre property, which is perched on a cliff about 450 feet above the Pacific. Lounge chairs and a fire pit sit on the sand, which is adjacent to a roughly 60-foot long pool overlooking the ocean. The property also comes with a membership at La Costa Beach and Tennis Club, which is about a five-minute drive away."
